Hey, I’m Cara

I have been in the fitness industry professionally for almost 10 years! And I have been training personally for 15 years. I am qualified as a personal trainer (cert 3, 4 & diploma), matwork Pilates instructor (pre/postnatal included) & as a boxing instructor.

My clients thrive from education on movement principles, to create a strong foundation and flexibility in their bodies. Done through a combination of Pilates and/or strength work. Dependent on my clients goals, experience & what they love the most.

I take a holistic approach with my clients, focusing on sleep, stress, and external lifestyle habits to encourage overall wellbeing and strength of the body & mind.

My beliefs are that women should feel empowered in their sessions both with and without me. By allowing flexibility and flow to our sessions. Sometimes we don’t feel our best & that is ok! Often clients have come to me just needing some gentle stretching, meditation or just a slower paced session to anything we had pre prepared.
