note: you don’t need any equipment for online but can be beneficial & I can give recommendations.

All ongoing clients get FULL access to my app, including 22+ videos for follow along workouts (both bodyweight & pilates), stretch classes & meditations.

No equipment required for app workouts.

 
 

Matwork Pilates (+propS)

(ONLINE OR IN PERSON)

1:1 sessions

In person or online (via zoom).

Pilates will have you working through strengthening pelvic floor & core muscles. Improving flexibility and everyday movement. Leaving you feeling empowered & more energized.

All Pilates small prop equipment is provided, including mats, bands, foam rollers, exercise balls, circle, bands and sliders to use in our sessions to create a fun & flowing session tailored to your level of experience.

Pre/postnatal available.

note: you don’t need any equipment for online but can be beneficial & I can give recommendations on what will help you specifically.

If group class is your preference, I run group Mat Pilates (capped at 12) through MFW Fitness Studio (South Yarra) you can book a casual class or purchase a class pack via the below link if private isn’t for you.

I run these on a Wednesday 7:30pm & Friday 9:30am.

    You submit a form each week, and I respond via a Loom video for feedback. (includes complimentary initial zoom/phone consult)

Corporate group pilates

HIRE ME FOR YOUR WORKPLACE (ONGOING + ONCE OFFS)

I work with groups with up to 20 attendees (for larger groups we can discuss options)

All staff need is a large towel or their own mat to lay on (thick carpet can suffice but a yoga mat is always best)

Classes always include stretches sprinkled throughout the session. A big encouragement on breathing & helping attendees tap back into their bodies & out of their minds.

No equipment is needed for these workouts.
