I started training with Cara 4.5 years ago, with the goal of doing 1 unassisted pull up. I was so clueless at the gym, benching, squatting and deadlifting with subpar techniques, weak grip and lower back pain.

I am so blessed to have met Cara, not only have I been able to do 1 unassisted pull up (make that 4) but I also have been smashing out PB’s in my main lifts, even throughout lockdown! Cara’s an incredible personal trainer and a loving friend who cares, checks in and always lends a listening ear.

I have been absolutely loving Cara’s online classes. She explains everything in an engaging and easy way to understand and has created a welcoming and relaxed online environment.

The classes have been structured in a way that allows me to work at my own pace with no judgement, but also let’s be increase the intensity when I am able to.

With Cara’s direction I have felt myself improving with every class! In such a short time I’ve noticed an improvement in my core strength as well as mind to muscle connection I wasn’t able to feel before.
